Subway Self-Ordering prototype

Task: To identify the pain-points with the Subway experience and explore a digital solution.
Insight: Subway is all about customisation. But, a lot of consumers find it stressful to pick from the choice of breads, flavours, veggies & sauces, and then conveying your choice to the assistant. This amounts to long waiting time for the people in the queue as well! Overall, a negative experience.
Role: Conducting market research, mapping user-journeys, and coming up with the concept. Responsible for the design and UI/UX of the prototype. Created using Principle.
